2020
RABO sushi is project focused on using design to change the aesthetics of future lab grown fish by presenting it in the form of sushi. Using the Rabo sushi ball maker, the lab grown fish appearance can be placed in the core of the rice while the exterior appearance is elegantly presented.
Concept:
Create a product that can be easily used by a professional chef or home cook to implement lab grown fish in an appealing and familiar way.
Prototype:
3D printed models were created to gain a better understanding of how this device opens and closes, as well as scale.
